Analytics & rich messages

Finally know
what it earns you.

A sent message is not a result. What counts: how many customers read it, how many replied, how many clicked, and how many came back to buy. Fydelup measures every step, message by message and campaign by campaign.

Example campaign

One campaign, read end to end

Illustrative example of a WhatsApp campaign sent to a base of 4,585 customers. Your real numbers depend on your industry, your message and the quality of your list.

Every step is measured on real sends. A gap between delivered and read often points to a poor sending time; a gap between read and clicked, to a message that does not compel.

The metrics

Every number, explained

No empty vocabulary. Here is the exact definition, the formula, and what the number tells you to do.

Delivery rate

Delivered ÷ sent

The share of your messages that reached the customer's phone. A falling rate reveals invalid or badly formatted numbers in your list.

Action: clean numbers into international format at collection time.

Open rate (read)

Read ÷ delivered

WhatsApp reports read receipts: you truly know who opened. That is the channel's major edge over email, where opens are estimated by a pixel that is often blocked.

Action: test two sending slots and keep the better one.

Response rate

Conversations with a reply ÷ sent

The strongest engagement signal. A reply opens the 24-hour customer service window: you can chat freely, book, advise, sell.

Action: end your messages with a simple question or a quick reply button.

Click-through rate (CTR)

Link clicks ÷ delivered

Measures real interest in your offer when your message carries a button or a link: booking, catalogue, directions, product page.

Action: one link per message, with an explicit button label.

Unsubscribe rate

Unsubscribes ÷ delivered

The essential counterweight. A rise signals fatigue: too many messages, or messages irrelevant to that segment.

Action: lower the frequency and sharpen targeting before Meta lowers your tier.

Revenue per campaign

Attributed sales ÷ campaign

Fydelup links recorded sales and promo codes back to the campaign that triggered them. You see what each send earns, not only who it reached.

Action: give each campaign its own promo code to settle any debate.

Rich messages

Far more than text

On the official WhatsApp Business Platform, a message can carry an image, buttons, a catalogue or an appointment reminder. Here is what you compose inside Fydelup.

Images and visuals

Dish of the day, new collection, your promotion poster: the image shows straight in the conversation, no attachment to open.

PDFs and documents

Menu, price list, quote, invoice, printable voucher: sent in the conversation and available at any time.

Short videos

Demo, behind the scenes, a new product walkthrough: the video plays inside WhatsApp.

Quick reply buttons

"Book me in", "Send the menu", "Later": the customer answers with one tap. Every tap is counted in your analytics.

Action buttons

Open your site, call your shop, launch directions: one button, one action, one measured click.

Reusable templates

Your recurring messages, approved by Meta, with variables: {first name}, {promo code}, {appointment date}. Ready to fire again in one click.

Per-customer personalisation

First name, last purchase, loyalty points, tier: every recipient gets a message that speaks to them.

Scheduling

Prepare Saturday morning on Friday night. The campaign goes out at the chosen time, even with the shop closed.

Tracked promo codes

One code per campaign, unique or shared, with redemption tracking and revenue attribution.

That is why WhatsApp is the primary channel for most of our businesses, with email staying ideal for long content and receipts.

Segment to improve

The segments that lift your rates

One message sent to everyone gives average results. The segments that work best for our users:

Loyal customers

Frequent visits, high basket. The best response rates: they are waiting for you.

At-risk customers

Absent for 30 days or more. A targeted win-back recovers part of the base before it walks away.

Birthdays

A personal message on the day. The highest open and response rate of all campaign types.

New customers

Welcome message within 48 hours: you turn one visit into a habit.

By loyalty tier

Bronze, silver, gold, platinum: the reward offered matches what the customer actually spent.

By preferred channel

Each customer is reached on the channel they chose: WhatsApp, email or SMS.
