Delete your data

When you interact with Fydelup via WhatsApp or other Meta services, we may process the following data about you:

• Phone number
• First and last name (if provided by the merchant)
• Chatbot conversation history
• Communication preferences and language
• Loyalty data (points, visits, tier)

This data is stored as part of the business relationship between you and the merchant using Fydelup.

You can request the deletion of your data at any time, in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR. Fill out the form below:

If you delete your WhatsApp or Meta account, Meta automatically notifies us via a data deletion callback.

Upon receiving this notification, we:

1. Verify the authenticity of the request (HMAC-SHA256 signature)
2. Identify your associated data in our systems
3. Delete conversations, client data and related history
4. Generate a confirmation code and log it

This process complies with Meta's requirements for personal data protection and the GDPR.

Some data may be retained to meet legal or accounting obligations:

• Accounting and tax data (10 years, French law)
• Proof of consent (applicable statute of limitations)
• Anonymized data for statistical purposes (no identification possible)

Anonymized data can no longer identify you and is no longer considered personal data under the GDPR.
